Bidding websites for jobs

Good afternoon everyone!

Just out of interest, does anyone know of any bidding websites or even if they exist in our line of work/hobbies.

For instance, a mate of mine is a driver and someone will post a job to go from A to B. Drivers then bid on the job but the cheapest doesn’t always win, it’s who the person who posted the job chooses in terms of reputation, feedback, price, etc.
