SG7100DN has SC57000 error

Hiya folks

Does anybody have any tips for clearing a SC57000 error on a Ricoh SG7100SN please?

It was telling me there was a paper misfeed when there wasn't, so I cleaned the belt. Now I'm getting this error. I've left it to dry for half an hour now, and I've ran the de-condensor through the maintenance panel but still we're getting the error.
Any tips gratefully received!

Did you get this sorted? Everytime I switch my SG400 on it's a paper misfeed error, open top cover.
