Business Broadband ?
Re: Business Broadband ?
What Broadband service you guys recommend ?. .Is it have to be a business broad band or you can just use home broad band in a business premises .What you recommend ?..
Re: Business Broadband ?
We've had Talk Talk Business at our current and past two premises, and had good service from them - much better than their domestic service/support.
We have since moved to Virgin business with a dl speed of close to 400 meg, and 20 meg up. The talk talk line is still there and we switch to it on the odd occasion that the virgin line goes down, which isn't very often, but having a backup is good piece of mind.

Recommend getting data SIM card in a router so no need to have any physical installation and get voip for landline. We pay around £18 a month for 50GB data and get around 50mb download speed although we are very close to Vodafone mask. We then use voipfone.co.uk and pay £2.40 a month for landline number and £ for phone credit when needed.

Re: Business Broadband ?
We are with PlusNet business and been very happy with their speeds and service, not as cheap as UKPM are doing it though.
Re: Business Broadband ?
My mobile phone fulfills all my needs. £15 a month for EE pay as you go. 2000 minutes and I am on about 18gb data a month. Every 3 months that increases by 500mb, and unused data is rolled over. Don't have a landline at home or at work. Not the fastest connection but meets my needs. The missus has the same plan, so between us we have more than enough data.
Only downside is not having a landline number, but I might look into voipfone.co.uk for that.

Re: Business Broadband ?
I have Talk Talk Unlimited Business at my unit.
Decent enough speed considering I am in darkest Wales and it costs £31.00 per month including VAT.
Unlimited is the most important factor for me due to the large graphic files I am constantly being sent.
This does come with a landline number but I do not use it and don't even know the number.

Re: Business Broadband ?
we have 2 lines and our router balances data between so belt & braces
XLN 28mb + phone @ £20pcm
and Virgin 60mb + phone @ £40pcm
the Virgin install was a F***ing nightmare, took near 8 months .... we got over a years free service as compensation.
If your Biz relies on data (&phone) I think it pays to double up.
BUT
technology is getting more & more reliable.

What type of router are you using? I've been looking into this, but can't seem to figure how to connect it to the voip phone that uses an ethernet connection.UK Printed Mugs;133963 wrote:Recommend getting data SIM card in a router so no need to have any physical installation and get voip for landline.
