mate don't comment in my thread your not helpful at all[/QUOTE]
So you ask a question (albeit in a very convoluted way), I answer the question with what I thought you were asking and you ignore this, do not explain yourself and then come back with nothing but rudeness.
Good luck as you are not going to get much help with that sort of attitude.

Re: A4 or A3 printer
No worries mate, with the day I am having it probably was LOL!!!Sorry but you sounded like it was sarcastic sorry for this.
Anyway, has your question been answered?
Basically a sublimation printer is just like any other printer but with different inks. Most small format users here either use an Epson 1500W (now discontinued) or a Ricoh. Both are desktop machines capable of accepting loads of different size paper.

A4 is certainly a good start and using this you can do most things from mugs, coasters (6 at a time), keyrings, place mat to small chopping boards. Keep set-up fool proof and buy a SG400.

Thanks for the heads up on this, I went ahead and bought one, was looking to buy a printer etc as I’m a newbie, I had trolled through the DSF forums and decided that was the one for me and read your post, I’m sure it’s saved me a few ££££. Not set up yet as waiting for the rest of the setup to arrive. Thanks again
