3d Multi function Heat Press ST3042 Help

Hi guys I'm new to the mug printing aspect, i have a 3D Multifunction heat press, When printing logos etc fine but i struggle with photos, The come out great one side of the mug but faint the other side?? I heat to 200c for 8 minutes but unsure what the problem maybe any help would be great please

You'll get better advice if you can list your equipment, printer, inks, paper etc.

Can you upload a couple of photos to show what's happening? Do logos print ok all the way around? What make mugs are you using?

Things to check...

Are you turning on both ovens?
Are you letting the ovens warm up to temperature (about 15-20 minutes)?
Are you using an oven wrap to hold the image firm against the mug?

What mugs are you using?
Is your machine definitely in Celsius and not Fahrenheit?

HI yes to all it heats up to 200c then beeps so I put mugs in and heat for 8 minutes, mugs are from Signworld

Ignore the beeps as the temperature gauge in this machine is really woeful. Make sure you leave it 20 minutes and make sure that it is really hot inside. Hold your hand close to top and bottom ovens just to make sure that both of them are on and very hot. obviously DO NOT TOUCH THEM

Apart from that, I do not recommend Signworld mugs
