I have sent photographs to Listawood at their request and they have identified that there is an issue with the curing of the coating and so offered to replace them. Thank you all for your advice and thumbs up to Listawood for good customer service and a swift response.

Yes, Listawood confirmed with us it is the curing of the coating. They will replace any boxes with issues. Good customer service.

I had a small batch from Lisatawood and experienced the paper sticking. I put them in warm soapy water straight after pressing and was able to peel /rub the paper off (it was a bit tricky) and they looked fine. The next batch I got afterwards and all batches before that were fine.

Hi Jessie. That’s not really the issue. Listawood agree the mug curing is faulty which leaves the mug coating matte, rough and not very good print even if you can remove paper.
