So just to add to my annoyance I went to switch to DMO so I can get things out......errr no now completely deactivated, or at least my DMO account is. Nice one Royal Mail!

Looks like I will have an eBay Shit storm on my hands.

Out of interest, why not use a franking machine?

C&D automates a lot of the process, and gives delivery confirmation tracking numbers on parcels and large letters

Hi Pisquee
Found the status page this morning. My ebay stuff went out through the eBay system, not ideal but at least I was able to keep on top of things. The other orders have made it through the C& D set up now. Just heard from somebody with over 300 parcels and RM apparently said go to the post office. My local post office would have a heart attack!

OBA folks. It works just fine and also has an emergency back up.

Yeah, going back to old OBA can be a god back up for when Click and Drop falls over, but can't use it for TPS24/TPS48 services, which is what we predominantly use now, so we either send stuff on OBA with no tracking and cross our fingers, or hold off a day and send it tracked, but a day late.
