The earliest website driver on the website is windows 7.

In my opinion, getting yourself a newer system and operating system (look at eBay or FB marketplace and get a win 7,8 or 10 system for £20 to £30) and you're sorted!

My 3110 ran with no problems on Vista before I changed to Win7. I'll dig out the CD that came with the printer and upload the files for you if you want.

Agree with the above posts, I tried looking for a Vista driver for you yesterday and the RICOH support website showed no options for a VISTA drivers. Seems to be Windows 7 on wards. You could trey calling RICOH support to ask them to be sure.

Sorry Ben. I've tried umpteen times to upload the files from my Ricoh driver CD onto my server but it's just not having it for some reason. They won't even copy properly to my PC.

All I can suggest is to update your OS or buy a computer with at least Win7 on. This is the message on the Ricoh site:

Discontinuation of Driver and Utility Support for Windows Vista
Support for Windows Vista was discontinued on April 11, 2018.
All Windows Vista drivers have been removed from our download page.
Background: Microsoft has discontinued support of Windows Vista.

Windows 7 or above should do the trick, It's not going to happen over night but you will get there eventually. It takes a lot hours of learning and testing, Inks papers etc. We all had to start somewhere. You will get there and this forum is the best place you can be for hints and tips. Good luck with your new venture.
