Click and drop just keeps throwing up error report, I see I am not the only one due to reports on the internet. Do Royal mail post an update....no, do they even acknowledge the problem...no. Can I get hold of them for a work around, no (I do get we will get back to you with in 24 hours, during busy times it may be longer).

So no success by email, phone and I get various recorded messages, Facebook....instant response! Acknowledge there is a problem, no idea of time to fix. At least it was a response!

Currently stuck in "no mans land" labels printed, but can't manifest, not very helpful.

When we've not been able to manifest in the past, we've just handed the sacks to the collections guy, and told him it wouldn't let us manifest, and he's been fine about it, and says it happens all the time.

... today i just went back to OBA to get some stuff out that needed to go, and ignored C&D

Found a manifest form to fill in by hand, but had considered just handing the sacks over.

We've never had a problem with Royal Mail and not handing over manifest at the end of the day, they seem to still take them and process the normal way as always. If the account has been left and cannot manifest, the system seems to do it itself towards the end of the day at around 6pm.
