Help!!!!!! Mug Press without set up instructions.

Can anyone help? My wife bought me a secondhand Mug Heat Press as a surprise gift. I was so pleased with it. Unfortunately it came without instructions and the control panel isn't very user friendly or similar to others. I've looked online for a manual but I can't find anything. I've told her it's a great gift (true) and I'll have it up and running next week when the ink etc. arrives (oh dear, big lie!) To be honest I don't have a clue and she will be so disappointed. Is anyone able to explain how to use the control panel to set up the press?

Most mug press panels work the same. You press set button and then up/down buttons to set idle temperature (suggest 170c), press again to set working temperature (suggest 180c) and again to set time (suggest 180s). Perhaps watch
