Someone local is looking to get a part 3D printed, it's a camera mount for an fpv quadcopter made from abs plastic.

Anyone on here do 3D printing?

I started a few months ago with a cheap kit to get to know the ropes and print small engineering parts, totally addictive and the printer works nearly every day !. New printer kit arrives today (Prusa Mk3) which will increase the range of printable materials but abs poses problems, needs enclosure and fume extraction. Other materials such as nylon (especially) & petg will probably do the job. It will be a week before the printer is up and running but happy to receive stl file for a mockup in pla.

We were looking at this too recently. Silhouette have recently announced they are releasing a desktop 3d printer. The Alta, which is expected to be $300 price point. Here is a video:
