Any Amazon sellers recently clobbered (wrongly) for Trademark Infringement?

They have retracted the complaint against our "come to the dark side" mug after I contacted them.

Just an update on mine that I posted about earlier in this thread, involving eBay......
Turns out the people who complained, registered the term 'ADHD' for clothing items in Australia! As it was offered with worldwide sales, they moaned to eBay, and pulled the listing.

He can register it because it is a made up word and nobody objected to the registration during the two month opposition period, which runs from when the mark is advertised in the journal.
If it was a 'real' word then publication and registration probably wouldn't have been allowed.
If it was a phrase ( as opposed to a single word) then it would probably have undergone some scrutiny from the IPO and if too generic would never have got to the publication stage.
H only registered as a class 21 TM, mainly for use on mugs and glassware. Someone should register it for t-shirts.

I spoke to them a few days ago as they also got clobbered for using OKAYEST. I'm really disappointed that they didn't contact me first.
