Colour problem

Can anyone help. I am having a problem getting my colours to match my images, e.g pink is coming off looking more like purple.

I am using a Ricoh SG400 and using Adobe Photoshop.

I am a bit confused and this may be a dumb question but isn't the Ricoh and the SG400 two different printers

Yes and no. I am not very technically minded but I believe it is basically a Ricoh rebranded but with tweaks. A better colour range and some other bits. I am sure someone will be along shortly to go into more details.

OK Thanks, having made a poor choice of buying a printer in a bundle with heat press etc I am looking at options and the sawgrass sg400 looks a good replacement as an entry level printer that can out put professional results.
