Are you using the Sawgrass inks in your SG400?

Are you using Powerdriver or the newer Virtuoso Print Manager? Maybe contact Sawgrass as their support is what you are paying for when buying their products.

Sorry, can't really help you out regarding Powerdriver as my setup is a Ricoh SG3110DN with CIE inks and an ICC profile.

Hope you get it sorted soon though.

Has your supplier and/or Sawgrass dialled in to check all of your settings? This can often be as simple as one box ticked incorrectly.

Would be good to know what other equipment is, paper type etc. What are you printing onto? Has this happened before or just recently started happening? Whats software are you printing from?
