Very interesting. We also needed a way to do the taller thermos flasks in the oven so this looks like a better option. Although they are out of stock of the thermos size sadly. Will order some when we place our next order with them. Thank you!

Re: Oven wraps for enamel mugs?
check out the brown mug wraps from Longefort.
When I began with mug wraps I used to use the green ones and it cause me stress - fiddling about getting the latch through the handle and then have it unlatch itself in the oven as the temp went up
The brown ones let me sleep at night
A hook and eye at the top and bottom. Quick to put on and take off.
and shhhh don't tell them but on a couple that have worn out with heat stress I've just cut some baking silicon down to thread through the fixings

Re: Oven wraps for enamel mugs?
Sorry these will not work as the enamel mugs have a lip so the bar in the wrap would hit it.

You could use a silicon wrap in your press to bring it level with rim and even the pressure I do that on the sparta mugs and Steins.
