Hi guys - I haven't used my printer for a couple of weeks and today when I came to print, it made an awful noise. The quality of print was awful too. Print heads all misaligned. That's not an issue, I can use the tools to sort that out. However, if I open the top cover, I can see that the black smooth part seems to be crinkled. It's causing the print head to catch which is jamming and folding the paper corner over.

Any idea what's wrong?? Is this fixable?
Thanks
