So sublimetals on the naughty boy/girl list? Is it mainly as they no longer do discounts as previously only good was said.

My personal reasons are down to excessive postage costs and an unwilling to look at alternatives, I can't absorb £15 on a small order. Many are also saying that the initial cost of a custom sample is too high.

The discount made very little difference anyway really.

They know how to upset their customers. You ask for a custom cut piece of metal so that you can sell a unique product. They charge you extra if you want to make the listing private so not available for your competitors to buy. They send you an email afterwards to say that they still have the right to make a different sized version of your custom cut and sell it to everybody. Also, if you complain about the quality, they will consider withdrawing it from sale.

We found it unreasonable that they charge £10 just to quote (we wouldn't get anywhere in this game if we charged for quotes!) and although the cost for a sample £4.50 is ok they then add £7.95 for delivery of a thin piece of metal. If you complain about the delivery cost (it could be sent 1st class letter) they give you a sob story about how far their post office is. If a courier can collect then you would of thought Royal Mail could.
