Epson 1500 doing my nut in!

Hi

Can anyone help? I have a new Epson 1500 for sublimation with ciss - ink working fine, but paper constantly getting jammed in the printer, its driving me nuts! Does anyone else have this problem with this printer and the A3 paper?:mad:

Haven't got an Epson but, with it being new, have you removed ALL the packaging and sticky tape?

Hi,
Yes 've removed all the sticky tape, it will print one sheet fine, then the next gets jammed.

Try cutting the corners of the paper that helps
