Been asked to supply some body warmers but my usual suppliers don't stock them, could some one point me in the right direction and any tips for applying the vinyl.

Result make some good body warmers, available from most of the usual garment suppliers.
You might want to consider using blockout vinyl - a lot of the bodywarmers available are polyester and prone to bleed.
Most have lots of pockets or zips so you will probably need a press pad or teflon pillow. Careful not to melt the plastic zips by mistake.
Some bodywarmers will have embroidery access, so if you can get your platen into the hole then do so.
