WOW... thats harsh!

These things happen... and it is the busy period, so, *as you said before) should have made sure you had plenty in stock for this busy time of year.

No one, not you, not me, not anyone can Guarantee a delivery these days - even if you pay for next day delivery..and there is always a clause in all courier/delivery organisations. Accidents, weather, illness etc.

We put a message on our Terms and conditions that state, we endeavour to deliver your item(s) within xn days, however, this cannot be 100% guaranteed.

I too would be pissed off, but, theres no need to be rude to other forum members that are trying to help.

Can you not put a message on your amazon site stating deliver within xx - xx days? Giving you some leeway? That way, you can still take orders, and give yourself time to receive the coasters to print, and to get them sent out? Just an idea

But that's just it, it DIDN'T happen to anyone else, because they had the nous to plan ahead for the busiest period of the year. It's your fault, and your fault alone, that you've run out of stock and had to shut up shop, so get over it.

As for poor delivery performance by PF and the rest, I'm not sticking up for them as it has gone on for years and just seems to get worse every year, so you need to apply a bit of intellect and compensate for it.
