thanks... I read loads of posts about the problem but never seen one. I dont do coaster at all. maybe 5 a year for family. I still have some unisub here so could test one out....

these are our main sellers at over the last 7 months, and growing fast paul...so it right we are worried, concerned, and a tad angry... but for other forum members to think i,m making this shit up is beyond me m8....vid uploading to youtube..as photobucket wont take it ;(...hang in there...

i have..like i said, been doing these coasters exactly like this for over 7 yr - with not one problem until 4/5 month ago..i aint changed, so the coaster backing must have...and it aint just me m8 ;(

The coaster backings HAVE changed. You need to adapt to the changes and be a bit more careful when removing your heat tape imo - after watching that video no wonder you have so many duds.

You will also be more prone to rips when using 6 to an a4 sheet in one go, for better results you will need to cut down individually so you can get the leverage angle.
