Ricoh SG3110 ICC profile

I've recently purchased a Ricoh SG3110 which from what I understand is a fairly good choice for sublimation. It came with a city ink express kit and ink but no cd with the ICC profile. Is this generic and therefore something that I can obtain? I've looked on their site but it sounds like they want a sheet printed and sent to match?

I'll be using a Mac which I believe requires this.

If you're using their inks they will send you a profile.

Email them. They sent me a profile within hours and it's been great. Just save to your computer and select it in your software.

Any problems and I think I still have the Mac profile that was part of the download. I can upload it if required.
