For those using Royal Mail's Click and Drop service, and have a WooCommerce based website, the integration is planned for today, with them currently saying this evening so we can process today's orders.
It will work in a similar way to Shopify where customers will use the site URL and copy that into Click & Drop and then connect the channel.
Click & Drop is only able to download WooCommerce orders that are in 'Processing' status, and no older than 7 days old. Eligible orders will be downloaded into Click & Drop every 10-15 minutes.
The minimum requirements are:
• WooCommerce Version 2.6 or higher
• WordPress version 4.4 or higher
• Custom permalink settings must be enabled in your WordPress account. You can set this by going into your 'Settings' > 'Permalinks' in your WordPress Store. Under 'Common Settings' choose any permalink option other than 'Plain'.
• Your WooCommerce store URL must be https:// as http:// is not supported.
• WooCommerce API version 3.0x or later

Integrating it with my Shopify store as we speak - hoping it makes a big difference as i am really struggling to keep up doing everything manually.

We've got NOTHS, WooCommerce, and Ebay currently tied in - waiting for them to get Etsy sorted next. Am liking the system, as are the staff.

I've followed the Royal Mail setup guide for WooCommerce and I'm running the latest version of Wordpress, WooCommerce and the API. I've followed the advice on permalinks and https://.

When filling in the WooCommerce store URL link and pressing the connect button, I get the following error:

Error: Missing parameter app_name.

The screen stays on this error message, when I navigate back to Click & Drop it hasn't setup the WooCommerce channel in 'Channels & Stores'. I do have the manual order entry option.

I've checked all the trouble shooting guides, but no light has been shed on my problem. The business and personal help centre doesn't seem to have a technical expertise area, and it's past quitting time to be phoning anyone. I haven't found anything on this error in search engine queries either.

did you fill in the integration name section - I believe this is the app name.

You should have both trading name and integration name completed and I believe they should be different names.
