Is it worth investing in a 3D vacuum press?

I have been looking at a few 3D vacuum presses on ebay as a new toy, but is there a demand for the items that can go in them?
I'm not looking into doing mobile phone cases as I would need to stock so many blanks it would make it too fiddly, but I was looking at latte mugs, shot lasses, slates, water bottles and acrylic blocks.
I currently have a free-sub mug press and a 40x50cm clam heat press, so I thought a 3D press would minimise how many other machines / dyes I would need.
