Powerdriver software

I have a Ricoh 31110DN printer with sawgrass ink I downloaded the powerdriver software but I'm not too happy with the results I set it to ceramics does anyone know how to get the best results using powerdriver because I'm sure I'm not so much so I have it up for sale and was thinking of upgrading but thinking about it, it does seem a bit extreme when a bit of advice could help, also small white dots on dark backgrounds driving me mad
