How to make custom ICC Colour Profile

I bought Epson 2010w A4 Sublimation Printer with laptop where was prepared Custom ICC Colour Profile. Laptop had broken and I can not use the Custom ICC Colour Profile I've got. I have my own laptop Windows 10 now (old laptop was with Windows 7). Anybody knows what I should do now step by step to get ICC Colour Profile and mainly! how to set up the colours through the Profile or driver (software)? Red colours turn on to pink, blue colour turns to violet. Pictures of printer and printed mugs attached. Printer and colours are purchased new (ebay).
