Adkins studio - old edition manual

Hi,
Does anyone have a manual for the older Adkins studio? Mine is dated 2009 and the instructions don't tally with the current ones online.

I have done something to the settings I believe that means it's a) stuck on F in 'setting time' and b) won't heat above 20 degrees.

Have you tried pressing two buttons together to get onto a particular setting?
