Correct but there is always a caveat...While I agree that Gildan won't like their brand being used to rip people off, the images are allowed to be used iirc. Ralawise actually supply their customers with all the images, and website data to use on your own website.
As with all copyright free images, the use is still restricted and the ultimate owner has the right to operate a cease and desist even if their terms state "use it how you want". In this instance, although Ralawise make the images freely available their terms will state something along the lines of they reserve the right to withdraw the license. It may even go to say something like "evidence or suggestion of criminal activity"
So while a legit business can use images without any issues, a site such as the one discussed can not if the ultimate owner decides.
