Re: Sublisure inks

Post by paul 44 »

HI Folks

There is probably a thread on here already but anyway, sublisure inks from ISUb Suppies, anybody tried these yet, I had a courtesy call from them as they supplied me with my Ricoh 3110, they introduced me to these inks which are cheaper than sawgrass but just as good and more vibrant (sales pitch talk) but are cheaper, around 150 to 175 for a set.
I was told there would be no need to flush my current sawgrass inks, just pop the sublisure inks in and off you go.

Anybody used these as yet and if so what is your verdict on them?

I feel these are different inks then you will have to flush. You need to know when the new inks kick in to apply a new profile.

iSub supplies recently went into administration.

I Sub Education Ltd has gone into administration
(operating from NN16 8DB postcode, where I-Sub Supplies also were based)

They are legally separate from I Sub Ltd
(operating from NN16 8UN postcode)

Although both based in Kettering, and having similar names they aren't the same.

Looking at companies house, there's also an ISub Printing in Kettering

Thanks for that justin, im almost out of inks on the ricoh so may not be a problem, not much if any in the tanks so can run off a few prints but they did say that it wouldn't need a flushing.
Didn't know they went into administration, they only called me last week so thats a bit strange..here's the link they sent
http://www.isub-supplies.co.uk/inks-pap ... -7100.html

I may have a big order on the way these may come in handy

My apologies, yes it was iSub Education, unfortunately they used this company name with suppliers (including this forum) and went out of business owing us money.

My advise, either stick to what's worked for you thus far or talk to Dyesubsupplies about Sublisplash.
