Re: Bespoke salt and pepper shakers?
Hi all. Anyone ever found a way (sublimation or not) to provide printed salt and pepper shakers be it ceramic or glass?

I think it depend on the product, as we've been told 1000 units in the past, or maybe they've changed over the years

You can pad print if single colour. Waterslide transfer is another regular method. If you can get trade supply of a desirable shape on white ceramic you can get a batch sprayed in the UK or even do it yourself. Use a vacuum press to print then.

Thank you everyone for your replies. We have had trouble with broadband over past 24 hours so couldn't always get DSF up to reply. The artist wants full colour print so pad printing won't be possible and indeed decal route may be possible. I did wonder about spraying or using a hard substrate toner transfer onto a rectangular shaker so it could fit into heat press. Finding blanks isn't the easiest. Especially with broadband network issues!

I was quoted an MOQ of 2000 in 2014 for a bespoke mug.pisquee;124513 wrote:I think it depend on the product, as we've been told 1000 units in the past, or maybe they've changed over the years
