Bingo, I've just found a link to the counterfeiting operation of GBP International and linked it directly to Longforte's trademark Mug n Kisses:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/Cups-Mugs-Sa ... r=1-1&th=1

https://www.endole.co.uk/company/052877 ... =ownership

Basically the whole GHAGHADA family are counterfeiting us or competing against us selling high end gift products and stolen mug designs on Amazon:

http://www.treatrepublic.co.uk/

https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=lp_25351 ... f16e1e552d

Hope you have a family lawyer, you've got enough money:

Here is another one of Jay of Longforte's trademarks Mug n Kisses:

He's helped himself to TFL's trademark, is there no end to this guy's theft?

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mugs-n-Kisses/ ... s+n+Kisses

https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?merchant=A27 ... lThrough=1

cause he is a back grabbing little sh*t..thats why
not content with the sub trade business, he brings down the prices of only other amazon sellers BEST SELLING PRODUCTS, that have good star ratings.
complete and utter tosser
and before paul or other chip in with - "ah but it make good business sense" maybe it does, but you dont go back stabbing the very customers that are buying your sublimation trade products "trying" to make a living selling them

so he gonna contact us all personally...REALLY ??? well he got my number...i wait for the chumps phone call then
and i still wonder how amazon allow all those accounts selling same stuff.....this is worth my girls looking into me thinks, as i said before

They openly admit to having a print on demand type of service, personally I think it's bad practice to compete with your own sublimation customers but that's just my opinion.

There appear to be suggestions that trademarks are being infringed, are these claims based upon facts that this upper does not print these under license?

But this isn't advice unless all of the evidence is given to me. Is there a law which doesn't allow them to pretty much give stuff away? yes, I agree, it really stinks.

I removed the thread because I can't be 100% all of the accusations can be upheld. Nothing changes with the wind, I'm trying to protect you guys as well as myself.

No, they stole my registered trademark and stole hundreds of my designs and sold them on Amazon as if they were my products. If they are prepared to counterfeit my entire business, steal from dozens of other sellers on Amazon, they would be prepared to sell a dodgy looking London Underground and Disney mugs without permission.

OK, you can't assume that. I appreciate what you're saying about your own designs, what action are you taking over this?

But that legitimate print on demand/ drop shipping service extends to other online accounts which are much worse than 'bad practice'. They are court cases.
