Photo Plates

Hi, I have used the search option and could not find what I was looking for. I already sub mugs, but I am going to invest in a 3d press to expand, I already have the plates to work with as I was given a plate press (didn't work, long story). Anyway, I don't know where to start, I see different temp settings and times when I research, so what are the best temp/time combo you are using? I know it will be trial and error to start with but would like a rough idea. Any other advice will be gratefully received Thank in advance.
