Hi all. Does anyone make badges? Customer wants about 80 doing but smaller than the usual size.

metal sublimated or those paper things with the plastic cover pressed over them or enamel high cost ?

If the usual size is 100mm then we print 75mm badges

Hi both. Sorry wasn't very clear. The normal "badges" with the plastic cover. Its for a local school.

What size metal sublimated can you do Arf?

They want something about 30mm ish.

The most popular sublimation ones that we do thousands of are 25mm with a silver or gold holder with a sort of safety pin hinged fixing to the garment.
