Flock on Subli-Cotton Transfers

Has anyone seen this video?
What kind of flock do you think this chap is using?
I have some samples of flock with a film/adhesive backing, not sure if I'll get the same results.

Is this a special flock with a paper backing?
Any help would be great.

Looks like transflock with a hot melt powder applied to the sublimation ink.
Can also be used with screen printed transfers.
