As soon as we press the place mats we just place a very heavy box on top (usually one full of glass chopping boards!) and leave for an hour. This tends to work very well. Re-heating upside down has never worked for us.

Ok Olly, i will give this a shot over the next couple of days - i have 40 to print so will turn my architect table upside down and lay them all out:) I have a feeling that i may be applying too much pressure on the heat press too so will loosen it up a little.

Speak to Sole Juice, they have their own version that appears to flatten by itself.

Will do Justin! I detest doing them tbh as there is little mark up and they are problematic, but getting more interest from clients and can't say no to business.
