Print issues

I have an epson wf2010 with icc profile and ink all supplied by cityinkexpress. When opening images in photoshop using the icc profile the images change dramatically, Red turns to a strange shade of brown, Dark Green turns almost black , if I switch off the profile to printer default settings the colour changes back to its original shade, any advice for a confused newbie ?

what does it sub like?

As above logo, green/red are unrecognisable with the icc profile. I can get away with using the printer default but I don't believe this offers true colour.
