Re: Freesub double mug press help

I have just brought a double mug press and the instructions are not good. Can anybody help me. Have watch a couple of videos but still not sure. Can anyone clarify for me it says press for 5 seconds to pre-heating temp to avoid mud pad air burning. What does that mean. Its a back up press which I need to us whilst my main mug press is in for repair.

It means:
按5秒钟预热温度,避免泥垫空气燃烧
so now you know lol

I should imagine it implies that you pre press a scrap mug until the temp rises to press temp before putting in a blank one and starting the timer.
This will avoid burning the image and browning occurring.

Thank you does that men I have to put in a scrap mug each time before I put the mug in for printing. I have a 200 order to do does that mean I do it for every single 200 mugs, or is that just at the beginning of the start of the order. Just tired to follow the video but I cant find out to increase of decrease the temp

Jenny, if you give Adam a call at dye sublimation supplies he will be able to help you out. This is by far our best selling mug press and the results are brilliant considering the cost of the machine.

Thank you so much, I watched the video as above but totally lost the plot but today with people coming into the shop it was hard to think straight, with trying to draw a very complex design for a diving team to engrave, I even got some wine bottle full and empty to practice as it will lead to a large order. I try and ring tomorrow and if I sound stressed, I won't be, it it will be the wine talking.LOL (joking) so once again many many thanks its taken a load of my mind, very generous offer.

i now have the mug press up and running which Adam from Dyesubsupplies helped with videos and email with very detailed instruction for which I am extremely grateful for. Without their help I would have put it in the bin. I have used the machine with excellent results and would recommend the press at a very reasonable price from Dye Sub Supplies and with the excellent support from them you can't go wrong. Thank you again Adam
