Rhinestone Software

Been asked to do a rhinestone hoodie, which i've never done before,,, done loads of vinyl, but never a rhinestone

Question:

As this will be my first, but maybe not last, whats the best software to use, i'm using a cameo for this..or would it be better just to outsource the template ?

And will the rhinestones from the bay of e be decent enough, wouldn't like the adhesive failing ?
