When you go to print you select PowerDriver rather than the Ricoh GXe3300. That's all.

Don't bother with the Powerdriver, it's useless, get a profile from one of the suppliers on this site, or from whoever you bought it from. It'll save you loads of time and grief.

Thankyou for that last link. I have tried to do that but everytime i go into the bit user settings and put in quality priority thats fine but when i go to put off in colour profile it takes away the quality priority bit. Does this every time i try to do it.

I'm not sure why you haven't tried PowerDriver. We have lots of customers using PowerDriver, successfully. From reading this thread you are currently in the same position you were last night. You have everything you need on the CD that's provided so the links aren't necessary. You have all these files already. Within the PowerDriver directory on the CD is a PDF file (I'm sure) that shows you how to use the software. Have you registered the software during the installation process?

yes i have got the cd etc and i was trying to explain i am happy to use the powerdriver one as it is installed now. The question i wanted to know is when printing a image with black the black looks more like a dirty brown not a black so how can i get a clearer print.
