Re: Epic fail mugs....vacuum press st3042

Post by carolm1a »

Hi everyone

Epic fail so far and no idea what ive done wrong :( i've watched the video's on youtube and "thought" I was doing it right but obviously not ggrrr.

Its ST3042 vacuum 3d heat press
190oC for 8 minutes for 1 mug.
put the design on and attached with the tape.
The first beach hut design we put right way up on the bottom of the press, top was fine but no print at the bottom.
Second design we put onto a metal rack and put upside down for the same amount of time 190oc for 8 minutes.

As soon as they were finished we removed the green sleeve and the design.
We puts the cups in cold.

We're obviously doing something but im not sure what :(

Give me photoshop or a cameo and i know exactly what im doing but this has got me head scratching :(

Thanks guys x

We don't use a Vacuum press but it looks like a low pressure or temperature problem to me.

Best to check everything though, what paper/inks/mugs are you using?

Also maybe check your temp is Centigrade or Farenheit.

Are you clicking on the "HEATING" twice to make sure both ovens are heated up?

Pressing once only turns on the top oven and you need both. You will be able to tell if both ovens are on because there will be two red flashing icons above the temperature on the digital display.
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...
