3D Sublimation multi function machine

Hi I bought this machine from a UK supplier over a year ago. It has not had a huge amount of use I have only done mugs in it. I noticed it has started making lots of clicking noises and on closer inspection the red plastic on the outside of the machine is buckled and splitting. Has anyone else had any experiences like this? I don't want to have to buy a new machine if this one is rubbish as it is probably out of warranty but I would have thought that it should not do this no matter how old it is. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Would need more information than that. Make and model and photo's would be a good start.
