Problems with name for a mug!

Well so far the overwhelming opinion is that yes they are Jumbo mugs and to leave the title as it is. I have asked a number of people to pick out the jumbo mug and 100% have gone for the 15oz one, which is the one two people are sying is not jumbo!

So I wonder if fleebay will agree as they have both opened a dipute with them, saying that they are not as pictured or described and not only want a full refund but want me to pay for them to be returned to me, yet they are exactly as pictured and described!!

Just thought I would update you. Fleebay have found in MY favour, yep, they have said that the description is fine etc and turned down the buyer and have said any negative feedback will be removed, if she leaves any!!!!!
