Help, where can I get a pot stand?

I've been asked by a customer if I can do what we call a "trivet" in Scotland, a stand for hot pots, pans etc, which can be sublimated.
I've spent a while trying to find something without success.
Can anyone help?

Had looked at those but this would need to be about 20cm dia, and not finding that big a tile.
