Newbie & Mug Press Issue

Hi,

Am a newbie to this forum and been finding all your advise helpful.

Does anyone have or using the "Double Digital Mug Heat Press", i think my press setting is wrong and am burning the mug ie Prints that are suppose to come out black when printed comes out brownish.

Hi Ola, we supply them so may be able to help, could you advise what time and temperature you're using?
