b40w black in problem

I've setup my epson b40w printer after transporting it to shop but when i'm printing the black is coming out blurred and not straight, sometimes has lines through it i've run about 4 cleaning processors but done nothing, don't want to run anymore in case of flooding.

Anyone got a solution?

Can you try printing a large black area of an image. Say a large square. If this doesn't clear it then possibly re-prime the black cartridge,
