I did this tie as a quick try and it only came out very light . It is from China lol

Try about 350 and see what happens. I have just googled temp conversions and that is about the temp you need

I always place something between the pillow case so that the ink doesn't go through to the other side

Your supplier should have something on their website about pressing times if not then any sublimation suppliers website normally has times and temp guides.
