2D Phone Case Blacks are more Blue

Hello!

Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong group, I'm new on the forum.

I'm having some problems with 2D Phone Cases, The Blacks seem to be coming out more of a shade of Blue.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem or have a resolution?

We are using a Ricoh 3110DN, with Sublijet R Gel Inks and tex print paper. We are also using the Power driver software with all correct settings/profile.
We have tried pressing for longer times, shorter times and still the same issue.

Any advice?

Where did you purchase? Did you consider it's the problem of the insert?

We use Long Forte and Subli Blanks, It is mainly solid black designs that we have the issue with.
