Looking for a standard printer (inkjet/laser) - 300gsm or more

I've been asked by a customer to provide some certificates for a dance competition - each individual each personalised, and of course they want it on 300gsm (or heavier) matt card. Does any one know of a decent laser or inkjet that will handle 300gsm card preferably in a multi sheet feeder so I don't have to sit and feed every card by hand.

My Canon Pixma ix6850 A3+ printer easily handles 300gsm. They're not too expensive and should fit the bill for what you require.

Smashing - I'll look into the Pixma - does it have a tray capable of handling multiple sheets?
Its every 2 months and its 100 per event

I've never tried it with a lot of 300gsm, but the tray is top-loading and very quick to refill, no sliding drawers to faff on with.

The spec says the tray capacity is max. 150 sheets, but doesn't say what thickness that is. You should be able to get a decent run though before needing to refill the tray. If you run out, just pop some more in and press the printer paper feed button and away it goes again.

The spec also says the max. paper weight is 300gsm, but I print 650 gsm magnetic sheets (thicker than 300gsm card) on practically a daily basis and have never had a problem.

It's also sometimes handy having a printer that will cope with the A3+ size (17" x 19").
