Custom labelling

I have my first custom order I'm doing for 100 tshirts and have been asked for an extra 2.50 per shirt if I can label them in this shops brand.

The t shirts I'm using have easy peel off labels and I was thinking about doing a small vinyl cut and pressing it on the inside, the order will still go out if I can't do this but for 2.50 extra a shirt it seems silly not to try.

Any suggestions on labelling branding would be most welcome.

I would recommend the following:

Purchase "TEAR OFF" garments. Places like Ralawise advertise garments that give you the ability to remove the existing label simply by tearing it out.

If you have one great, but if not then get someone who does to print a label design using something like TMT WOW or TMT T.ONE that you can heat press on to the inside back of the shirt. Many sportswear garments do this and in my opinion looks good and means a more comfortable wear.

If that is not suitable then I know that there are posts on here that recommend a company that does do relabeling.

I'm considering telling the cameo to cut like 100 logos on a sheet, the shops brand is quite closed and had minor detail so I could get away with doing that and weeding and pressing, just concious of the time it'd take.

Just for info, I would expect you to pay around £3-4 for T.ONE per A4 Sheet and £4-5 for WOW if that helps in working out what is best.

T.ONE will work really well on this sort of thing everything except black (probably)

They're 80% black, 20% camo

T.ONE is not great on black, white text when pressed will probably be grey to look at. However that might not be a problem due to the nature of what you are trying to achieve.

The image and text needs to be readable, but it doesn't necessarily need to stand out.

I personally would recommend trying t.one and if that doesn't work move on to WOW (if you decide to go that route).

The advantage being that your design can be whatever you like and with text as small as you like.
