large letter for a single tshirt (£1.27) but can bulk together upto a certain weight for multiple items to the same customer, same for sending abroad.
Hoodies would go as a small parcel I believe, check the royal mail website for costs etc and they will tell you how much it will cost you.

A4 mailboxes you can with decent folding get up to an XL T in them, and then pay large letter weight.

Vacuum packing can reduce the size of multiple items considerably, but obviously not the weight.

Laura, do you have a good source of the pizza style 25mm thick a4 postal boxes .... look like about 70p each so far ....
We use zip lock bags for our jobs.
If you fold a garment nicely so thickness is even, then place under a cold press with just the zip showing, press down all the air and seal the zip! - then shuv in an envelope!

Logo, last lot from ebay were about 25/30p each C4 mail boxes, i made a mistake before and got some C3 which are the A5 sizes, but baby stuff fits nicely into those. I do order them 200 at a time, to get a better price. I think they look nice when a customer receives them to, a bit like a next or other home clothing delivery.
Dye123 just look on ebay for C4 mail boxes http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/250-x-C4-A4-M ... 1817830180
